إن فى حياة الأمم والشعوب لحظات يتعين فيها على هؤلاء الذين يتصفون بالحكمة و الرؤية الثاقبة أن ينظرو ا الى ما وراء الماضى بتعقيداته ورواسبه من اجل انطلاقة جسورة نحو آفاق جديدة .
